According to a Steeves family memoirs, Jacob was a man of about 200 pounds, when he married.
• Baptism: a witness for the baptisms of Anna Margaretha and Catharina Elisabeth Schantz, 26 or 27 Apr 1766, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, United States. 4 Jacob married Anna Catharina Lutz, daughter of Georg Michael Lutz and Anna Walburga Wiessler, about 1772.1 (Anna Catharina Lutz was born on 11 Jan 1749 in Kreuzwertheim, Main-Spessart, Bavaria, Germany 1 2 and died in 1827 1 2.) |
